Charisma is a magnetic force which can override the laws of logic, increasing the chances to influence others.
Here are a few tips and strategies that can help you become a charismatic person:
1. Be a good listener
Charismatic people are excellent communicators.
Rule #1 of being a good communicator is to be a good listener.
Give your undivided attention to the other person, let them feel valued by letting them express themselves.
2. Be positive even in tough times
Inspiration starts from within - be positive and confident during challenging times.
3. Be a person of mission, chase something of a higher cause
Work towards solving difficult problems, this pulls people like a charm to your life.
4. Be yourself - avoid trying to present a perfect version of yourself.
Authenticity correlates with charismatic personalities. Be comfortable to expose your flaws.
5. Speak in stories
Stories are a perfect tool to keep an audience engaged with you - use more of it when you speak.
Use stories as an analogy to stress on a point.
